Together, our team at Real T, is taking a stand to prevent workplace exposures and to decrease the spread of COVID-19.

 

The health and safety of our clients, team members and community are a priority to Real T Simplistic. Below are our best practices guidelines which all our team members will follow to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:

 

• Team members who are exhibiting symptoms must stay home and return after meeting CDC guidelines

• Team members who share a residence with someone exhibiting symptoms must stay home and return after meeting CDC guidelines

• Team members who report to work and then develop symptoms will be sent home immediately and return after meeting CDC guidelines

• Prior to entering a client’s home/senior community, all team members will wash/sanitize their hands then put on their face mask

• Real T Simplistic will provide liquid soap, disinfectant wipes, and hand sanitizer at all job sites

• Upon entering the job site all team members will wash/sanitize hands and frequently touched surfaces, such as light switches and doorknobs, will be cleaned with disinfectant wipes

• Team members will wash/sanitize their hands regularly while at the job site

• Team members will wash/sanitize their hands if they touch the front of their face mask

• Team members will maintain 6 feet of social distancing while on the job site, when possible

• Before leaving frequently touched surfaces, such as light switches and doorknobs, will be cleaned with disinfectant wipes and all team members will wash/sanitize their hands

• After leaving the client’s home/senior community, all team members will remove their mask from behind (not touching the front of mask) and place in a bag until the mask can be washed or properly disposed, then wash/sanitize hands

 

To help ensure the safety of Real T Simplistic team members, we expect our client’s cooperation by:

 

• Confirming you, or anyone sharing your residence, are not symptomatic prior to the team’s arrival (we will call you)

• If you or anyone sharing your residence are symptomatic the job will be rescheduled

• Everyone at the job site, on your behalf (such as family and friends), is wearing a face mask while team members are present

• Everyone maintain 6 feet of social distancing, when possible, while team members are on the job site

• If you are unable to fulfill these obligations the job will be rescheduled
